i count everything; including drinks, tea, sodas, instant mixes...everything, as my body counts it too!! i used to not, and i wasn't loosing weight, now i do and see how much of my caloric intake was actually wasted on drinks...i now stick to black coffee and water!

in college, i ate saltines, ketchup and pepper as a road-trip snack...it was cheap~delicious!

chocolate ice cream with buttered popcorn...haven't had it in a while...but that's my weird food stuff...i eat the jalapeno's off the nachos and cheese first...yum! and my fried fish has to be dry~
