  • i count everything; including drinks, tea, sodas, instant mixes...everything, as my body counts it too!! i used to not, and i wasn't loosing weight, now i do and see how much of my caloric intake was actually wasted on drinks...i now stick to black coffee and water!

  • in college, i ate saltines, ketchup and pepper as a road-trip snack...it was cheap~delicious!

  • try eating something rich in protein or whole grains as a snack before bedtime (i eat a small bowl of fiber one cereal ~ it helps me), it takes your body longer to digest~ it may keep your tummy satisfied until morning...
