It is a total body workout, if you have never tried it I recommend it! It is a workout you won't forget and it is an accomplishment every time! The workouts I did were completed in a half hour but they were extremely intense! I was thinking about doing MWF Running and T&Th Kettlebells, any ideas??? Or suggestions???

I don't think it matters what time you do it, as long as you are getting your exercise! Keep up the hard work!!!!!!!

I think you should make a Shrimp Linguine there is a recipe on allrecipes.com, and it is one of the recommended ones, it looks so delish! It would be somewhat healthy, and it is a romantic type of dish. :) Spice it up with home made chocolate covered strawberries for dessert! :)
