On 12/26/12 I was up 5lbs. 12/27/12 I was down 2lbs. 12/28/12 I was down 1lb. So in total- up 2lbs. I feel like I lost a weeks worth of progress.

IF helped break a plateau. I try to fast for 24hrs twice a week (6pm-6pm). It moves the scales for me. Just becareful not to overdo it on the next day

Yep. I totally agree. Its weird because when I ovulate I cant seem to get full, but the few day before she comes , I CRAAAAAVE choclate so bad. So that leaves about two weeks out of the month where dieting is easy.
