lemon and parsley coucous topped with shredded runner beans, brocolli, peas and left-over roast chicken mixed together with a tablespoon of mint sauce - hope it keeps me full up!

My new favourite thing to put on my salads and chicken is mint sauce, as in the kind that usually is served with roast lamb ... sounds very weird but I find it gives a lot of taste for only a small amount! Also doesn't have any oil in it if you are worried about that.

Where can you buy these infamous Quest bars from? They look to be £2 a bar online, that's a bit steep! Think I may need to make some of my own (I'm in the UK)

If it is really annoying to always see the red numbers at the bottom for sugar (I get this - very childish of me haha) then you can change the settings so that it shows sodium or something else that may be more interesting for you - just click on 'diary settings'
