my experience is that ..>most the time i eat half my exercise calories back* & it has not slowed my weightloss .. My goal is 1320 but most days iam at 1390-1450 atm

I gained 10 lbs after i started back working out maybe just water but the weight has'nt came off at all ,been exercising for about 2 months now 5 lbs 1 month then the next it was 5 more ...

putting my before (nice weight) and now (looking kinda fat ther) photos beside eachother seeing how bad I let myself go.. that was enough for me firstly and then the way i felt from not eating healthy a >Mess<

Embarrassing but* :0 this is my progress! I think it's even better now but too lazy to take photos right now haha Edit: i had 2 horizontal c- sections several years ago now !

My situation haha i gained about 6 pounds went from 115-121 pounds but at the same time losted about 6 inches all over

I dont go to the gym (workout at home)

I use to have that it was very bad!until i found things to distract me more that i like to do like playing video games , drawing and taking walks:) these have helped me very much.. Sometimes i give into the food a day or 2 but most of the time iam distracted to even eat..
