Pop Sugar says hydrate, have breakfast (looks like they're advocating something carby), and do some light cardio. Other tips?
(I've been going out a bit more often than usual)

I honestly don't think there is much you can do for a hangover after the fact. Take Tylenol suck it up.0 -
i have the special bench work out...i lay the whole day on it...PERFECT0

My gf swears by hot yoga after drinking lol. Something about the extra heat sweating out the booze toxins.

I just drink ale, rum or vodka + water and that leaves me with minimal, if any, hangover the following day. I get a nice buzz off the few drinks I have, get a good night of sleep, and I'm still functional the next day. Lots of win

but it did not feel perfect
it felt awful and full of malaise. At 4 pm, I did some easy cardio, which maybe helped a bit.carakirkey wrote: »B vitamins. Thank you
For me, the kind of alcohol makes no difference, other than tequila, which I'm happy to avoid.ncboiler89 wrote: »http://www.popsugar.com/fitness/Hangover-Workout-Tips-35032195?stream_view=1#photo-35032462

Hmm well I think you're probably right. But that's not going to stop me from trying

Yeah, I know. It's fine, this was just a four-day event that involved a lot of going to different places (you have to order something, prefer it to be a drink). I don't drink often at all. Back to normal tomorrow.
