Hi I found taking magnesium gets rid of my cramps. take it a couple of days before you know you will get them and that should be it it also helps with my cravings. i make sure i drink heaps of water and keep exercising - that way I still feel good . C

My goals are: 1. Stick within my 50 calories of my calorie limit 2. Go to the gym each day after work for half an hour 3. Stay under my sugar limit
