I'm on day 18 and don't see massive results but I think it's worth it. To prevent knee injuries you need to stick your tushie out in squats. I also do zumba 3 times a week and I know I will probably see more progress towards the end. I've gained nice muscles and a bicep which is actually nice, my face and legs are leaner…

It's been months since my last binge, looking back I have no idea how I could mindlessly eat everything in my kitchen but I got through it, I focused on other things, stopped obsessing... And I also started eating more calories each day so that I feel I'm on track, it works wonders on weekends, I still go over but it is…

Great job :) If you incorporate more exercise and healthier foods in your diet imagine what the weight will be next month :)

JD or tequila :)

I actually bought some 2 months ago it was a bargain and I've stopped craving chocolate and fizzy drinks completely :) My family loves it too, I recommend it!

For me it's realising how many calories I've eaten and where the limit is. Hope to keep it up and finally get out of a plateau :)
-
Wow your snacks are so healthy compared to mine! And the only thing that works for me (not just at night) is drinking lots of tea :) One after another, you don't even feel the hunger. Good luck!

You look great, fantastic progress!! :) I'm on level 2 now, really hope to see the end results. You should check out her other circuit workouts, they're really intense.

I found that in the first days of my flu symptoms, working out actually made me feel a bit better and when you exercise the runny nose stops (at least for me it did) but I only did Shred nothing too intense. On my full-on flu days I was way too ill do even stay balanced. So I'd say it's up to how well you feel! Good luck :)

I get what this feels like, my days of boredom binging were awful too. Personally I found that the only way to avoid a pig out is to leave the house completely. I hate eating around others so I used to grab my friend and go cinema or just for a walk. The only way I got over binging was focusing on other things - work,…

I'm on 1500 too, I eat really well during the week but struggle at weekends feel free to add me I log on every day :)

Great job 13lbs is fantastic! I'm only on my 19th day but I know what you mean in terms of those over-limit days, as much as it pains me to admit I had a bad day it's motivating too. Keep it up I know you can do it :)

I hate having the all-or-nothing approach, it's hard to maintain a completely healthy eating habit and when I slip it makes me want to give up. But hey, we have quite a good range of best foods :) And I feel the same about salt!
-
Regular logs, feel free to add me :)
-
Well done!! I'm still working on my first one :))
-
You look FANTASTIC! Well done, it's results like this that keep me going :)

I do 2 a day, first one is only 30 mins of Shred which is all 3; cardio, strength and abs, then I do cardio later in the day. If you have enough energy then it will only do wonders :)

I agree with trogalicious, weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise (some argue 90/10) so it is down to eating healthier. I hit a plateau way too often but what helps me eat less is drinking tea's, being distracted with other things like work and generally not being obsessed with food. Not eating anything 3 hours before…

Your own circuits are great fun, you decide where to do jumping jacks or lift weights (jars/boxes etc) and youtube videos are how I stay on track, Denise Austin and Jilian Michaels are notably the best ones workouts I found. You can get second hand fitness DVD's too, but make sure it's intense, I have a few Pump It Up…

I managed to get over binging, I think I just got distracted with everything else like work or a hobby, I drank lots of different teas, added fibre and proteins to my diet and I just basically stopped obsessing over food. I know it's a real struggle and it doesn't go away in a week, but it is possible to fight it just be…

At the end of March I finished level 1 but then had a flu so I'm starting again, today is day 3 I really recommend focusing on healthier eating and adding more protein to your diet, last time I ate anything and only saw little results but this time it's magnified as I eat clean. Feel free to add me I log on every day :)

From UK too and I'm also 139lbs feel free to add me I log on every day :)

I know my suggestion is hard but I always find that cutting it out completely is the best solution. I've done it a few times and even though I LOVE chocolate, my eating has changed and I don't crave it any more. It's hard not to have anything sweet after dinner but I drink tea or simply wait it out and distract myself.…

Hi and welcome to MFP there is a lot of support you can get I recommend joining groups and checking out other threads. Not sure about the first question but I used to have the same Cola problem, I simply cut it out completely for 3 weeks and it definitely helped me it was hard but worth it. Water is not the same so I drink…

This happened to me last year, I went on for a month without buying the batteries but I was relieved when I finally did. You should definitely have at least a week of not weighing yourself, it's always the water level that changes not the actual fat loss. Good luck :)

A creamy mushroom sauce O.o Im definitely going for Italian soon

I never exercise in the morning, it's usually around 5. I would suggest exercising before dinner because your metabolism is still high after a workout, so when you eat something afterwards your body burns it faster. I also find that after cardio and strength my body demands proteins, so I tend to eat healthier for the rest…

Smiling in every picture, congratulations you've done fantastic :)
