We'll follow your list just because you said so and you have sick biceps....... Nah kidding, good post :)

I agree with some of the posters here. If you think you deserve or can eat junk food on daily basis, not only do you slow down your progress, you are essentially not letting your body change rate of metabolism and what it takes in. If you do not have discipline to take out junk food out of daily basis, don't tell others…

My bicycle! I'll bike to Canada because they never have zombies there :)

Hacked Tmobile HTC G2 and Unlocked/Jailbroken iPhone 3GS. So, both :)

Quitting cold turkey will be harder, but it will pay off. You will crave those awesome Junior Whoppers at Burger King and Milk Shake (my case), but you will get the results quicker and in a more efficient manner. I used to drink coca-cola because I loved the taste, but now I can't even gulp it without feeling so much sugar…

If it is so, then all you're going to be doing is undoing your drinking beer, rather than losing fat. You're creating more problem for your body to solve already present ones.

I love beer too and have been drinking it for years. You can try putting it down on your diary and count calories, but without cutting it out, it won't help you much with weight loss. Once I completely cut out beer from my diary (except for a few occasions when meeting up with old pals), I was able to get to my goal…

I am sure some of people have already mentioned it here, but machines are solely for keeping the form without hyperextending your muscles where you could hurt yourself, which may happen if you are not sure how to use free weights. I personally do a mix of both, with more emphasis on free weights. Once you learn to keep…

Sick workout, jealous of Bruce Wayne a.k.a Batman!

That's really something! What did you do exactly to get abs? I achieved my weight goal, but haven't lost much of what's called "love handles" and a bit of tummy. A piece of advice from you will be very welcomed! You are truly an inspiration to me!!!
-
Oh wow! Thanks Tim and Shabbar! I didn't see the poem until now. It truly is amazing and feel good to achieve weight goal. I'm still kicking my behind in the gym and go all out. You guys work hard as well and will get to your goals in no time! Thanks for support!

iPhone 3GS (current phone) > HTC G2 (Old phone) Next phone is definitely iPhone 5, or 4GS lol

Thanks Tim and all the guys! I have actually went as far down as 148.5 lb instead of my 150 goal, but I've held on to 150.5 for a few days already :) Being highlighted green feels like a win!!!! Thanks!!!!

Oh, Thanks Tim. My update is actually that there is no update. I have finally reached my goal last week and will not submit my weight goals and achievements for quite some time. If there will be necessity and I happen to gain, which I pray will not happen, then I'll be back. I appreciate everything you have done for me,…

You lucky F***** *kitten*! In NYC it's all above $4 mark. Filled up 93 at $4.11/g FML

Here's something that no one suggested and probably never will. Anything Dubstep like Skrillex, Prodigy remixes. People usually listen to it when they're high or chilling out, it helps me in my workouts to keep my heart at a certain pace and not jump out. Most of the music is underground, so it will be hard to find, unless…

Nutrition is as important as exercise, if not more important. Believe me, I didn't lose 50+ pounds by working out every single day! I certainly am NOT proud of it and after reconsidering my laziness, I've worked out 3 days in a row now. That is the new me, and I hope you find some means to find ways to workout without…
-
Tim, Rethink your strategies and the reasons why you're here. We all obviously want to lose weight, but what are we doing about it? Besides your knees (which I hope get better) and job, can you realistically weigh in the good and the bad from working out? Keep in mind, eating healthy also aids to the weight loss as I had…

Tim, If it isn't too late to change, then I lost another 0.5 in a process from this week. LW: 153 CW: 150.5 2.5 lb loss
-
LW: 153 CW: 151 2 pound loss as of today, hopefully it'll go down just a half pound more by tomorrow as I'm planning on working out hard today again.

In Dominican Republic...Oh wait, i'll be there in just less than 19 days! Come earlier please!
-
That's a lot of reds! I'm one of them :( We need to work extra hard this week!!!
-
Not the best week. Weight has been up and down. LW: 152 CW: 153 Gain 1 lb Sorry for late check-in
-
Thanks :) Very good point!
-
I appreciate your response. I think you are absolutely right. It's none of my business. I'll steer clear of the whole situation as it was my original goal, I just had to be sure if its the right thing to do. Apparently it is in whichever way the situation will play out.

That's fiance's problem. He left her for 9 months when he was off on business to Moscow. He didn't help her with the moving and now he's leaving her again for god knows how long. Its fiance's problem he doesn't take care for his woman.

Interesting topic, just in time for my situation. So this girl is giving me every bit of a hint that she likes me by giving me compliments on helping her with projects, calls me dear, sweety, and all those beautiful things. I say it right back and appreciate it all. She already has a fiance, but doesn't wear her ring and…

LW: 153 CW: 152 A pound loss is still a loss! 2 pounds away from my final goal!! C'mon! Last stretch :) Going to Dominican Republic with my friend Freax (from here on MFP) on March 2nd, so I have to be in shape (more or less) by then!

LW: 155 CW: 153 Loss 2 pounds!
