    Not too shabby.

    Here's one for the Hulk:

Get angry. Become strongest there is. Smash.

Except that Batman has a few of those green rocks that turn Superman into a big, crying baby.

Exactly - the end of "The Dark Knight Returns" illustrated that scenario rather well.

Batman should really take a recovery day.

i'm thinking for tonights strength training, i take a page out of the Dark Knights work out, and go for five sets of 1/4 mile run (8:30mm), 21 kettle bell swings (24kgs), and 12 pull ups.

time was 30.38. i ran the 1/4 mile at an 8mm pace, but did the kb swings with a 20kg weight. i was getting some very weird looks at the gym.

Did you explain to them you're training to be Batman? You figure that would clear it up for people...

"Hey what sort of program are you doing because that's a pretty intense.."

    "I'm Batman."

"Oh ok. You're Batman. Now it makes sense."

Bonus points for having an old British butler as your spotter.

lol. these two girls were on the treadmills next to me, walking and yapping away when i got on to do my first run. i was flying, and one made a comment to another, something about they would fall off at that pace.

then i shut it off after 1/4 mile, disappeared for 2 minutes to do thw kb swings and the pull ups, came back, and the girls looked at me weird, i guess wondering what the heck i was doing.

He has an evening workout? I figure his evening workout activity was crime fighting. That's worth a lot of calories.
