I just realised this with Nutella but you did the smart thing.... i ate half the jar in one sitting to get it out my house =( but i will NEVER buy it again

This is today's food so far as you can see I'm above my goal but minus the exercise it takes me to under 1000 net what iv been saying is I can't possably eat much more as I'm not hungry it isn't that I'm not eating

My weight loss has been consistent from the start of my journey about 1.5lbs a week and I log everything accurately I weigh everything The thing is I don't want to eat all my exercise calories back as about 700 of them come from my fitbit which I feel isn't really accurate as surely my walking about comes into the MFP…

thanks, i just changed my goal to be higher (from 1500 to 1900) that way I will try and reach it but if i don't I will still be much higher than I am now, which is at least a step in the right direction.

It just gets smaller ... well so far, im 5 lbs off my goal weight though, so im not holding my breath but I am going to do another round of insanity... if anything can get rid of it it will be 2 months of crazyness hehe ill let you know =)

I have been taking it every morning for the last 3 weeks and I havent noticed a difference... still living in hope though plus they taste nice so i'm not going to stop =)

me =) I also live with my other half who eats the most amount of crap possable, he can eat 350g dairymilk in one sitting with about 2 packs of crisps and a 2ltr bottle of something fizzy ... The trick i use is picturing the fat that is inside of his snacks and imagine drinking/eating the fat on its own, this put me off…

in the first picture I was 190ish and the second picture i was 147ish im 5'5" I still have 14lbs to go to my goal but im getting there =)

So the image on the right was 2 years ago at my 21st birthday party 192lbs =( , the image on the left is from this week 153lbs the difference of 39lbs =) my goal is to be 133 so getting there =) I started my new healthier lifestyle April this year =) so far so good hehe

I started at a uk size 18 =( Now i wear a uk 10/12 my ideal goal would be a 8 =) getting there though =) I get really happy when I put on old clothes that I have not wore in years =)

Yeh i use one and i love it =) mfp is way out, when i first started logging i used mfp estimates before i bought my hrm and just comparing the difference is crazy =)

I buy graze boxes =) I get one every two weeks and I do really enjoy them =) I try and eat one punnet a day rather than eat them all at once which is soo tempting =)

I hit the same spots because of my tattoos =) you should look for any marks on your body like freckles etc makes it easier to be sure =)

I set mine at 1600 because i am also doing Insanity, but i rarely go over 1400. I fall between 1200-1500 your welcome to add me =)

I really want to do it again! It's a great group ????, challenges are a good idea also but I can't volunteer for that right now and I have no idea how to choose people who will stick it out but I think you should give first dibs to the people who stuck these 10 weeks out
