Just a question, I have lost 2 inches off the area near the belly button, and 1 inch right below the below the belly button. However all my clothes fit the same.
So I'm assuming I am measuring wrong. How do you know you hit the same spots as when you originally measured?

I hit the same spots because of my tattoos
you should look for any marks on your body like freckles etc makes it easier to be sure
