128. I used to be 120 when i was busy and swimming a ton. I don't want to be that small but I would like to fit into my old stuff.

I used to weigh myself daily and would update it if there was a change (better or worse.) However I found this was bad for me. I would stresss daily about the little bit of change I might see. I weigh in maybe twice a week now just to keep myself going and motivated.

You look amazing! And don't look at old pictures as something bad, look to them for motivation. Tell yourself you never want to be there again and have the pictures help you on your way to your goal. Good job!

Don't count this as a small success! You are losing weight, and in a healthy way too. This is a huge success. You are still moving forward and reaching for your goal. Take everything as a success, even gaining weight sometimes. As long as you are healthy, eating right, and working out here and there... You are doing great…

being able to wear those tight shirts. or the really loose ones... you know, the ones that look like parachutes almost. Cause When people move around in them, they can ride up a little on the stomach. I want to be able to have that happen and not worry about having to cover up.

Hey! I started this not to long ago too! I want to lose 15 pounds from where I am now. My calorie goal is about 1000 ( which i'm usually a little over because 1200 is healthier.) I'd love to be friends so we could help each other out. ~Kat
