I know we could all use some advice on some at home exercises we can do when we are just around the house or right before bed when we aren't quite tired. What are some ideas or exercises you do to help get in shape or just keep yourself going?
I'm Kat, I'm 18, and I'm trying to lose about 15 lbs from this point on. My calorie goal is about 1000 a day (I usually eat about 1200-1300.
