Need some Friends!

I'm Kat, I'm 18, and I'm trying to lose about 15 lbs from this point on. My calorie goal is about 1000 a day (I usually eat about 1200-1300. It's easier to set a lower goal though so when i go over it's not bad for me.) I'd love to have friends to help my stay focused and not over eat on certain days. I love food and it can be hard sometimes. I check in a lot too so I could help support you too. <3

    Welcome to MFP! Just letting you know, eating only 1000 calories a day can have the opposite effect. you'll slow your metabolism down as your body won't be getting enough nutrition, and thereby try to hold on to all the nutrition it is fed. you should up your calories to a net minimum of 1200 in order to avoid this!
