I know we could all use some advice on some at home exercises we can do when we are just around the house or right before bed when we aren't quite tired. What are some ideas or exercises you do to help get in shape or just keep yourself going?

Honestly I go on-line and do the Leslie Sansone walking videos. I have 2 kids and I don't have any extra $$ or time to go out (mu hubby works long hours) I also have EA sports active and wii fit plus. Go to exercisetv.com0

I either go to www.bodyrock.tv where you can find many different exercise or walking outside if the weather is nice
also there are exercises on youtube so I usually check there and choose the one which best fit me like this for the legs and butt

I have small sturdy wooden chair that came with a small student desk from when I was younger and it comes up to be just under my knees and when I feel like I need to get my heart pumping and my legs moving I do step ups. As many as I can in 2 minutes, (guideline: A healthy person my age can do about 65 or so step ups in 2 minutes.)0
