I haven't posted a single pic of myself yet, but here goes! I was volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and someone sent me photos from the trip. It was a giant slap in the face! Woof. That was 32 pounds ago. I have a long way to go still, but am NEVER going back to this.

I eat frozen chips quite often in my household. The important thing is to really pay attention to the portion size for the calories. For someone coming out of bad eating habits, It's really easy to eat 2 full portions without realizing it! Cook them and enjoy!

I bought my first pair of "normal size" pants in the store in the early spring. I was SO excited to not be shopping at Lane Bryant. They were a snug fit, but a fit, so I got them. They are falling off me now! I could just about pull them off me without even unbuttoning them.
