On the 30 Day Shred DVD, Jillian has us do punches. Stand with your legs slightly bent, arms up in a boxing position and that really got my cardio up.

I second the Kettlebell Bombshell DVD. I bought a set of bells, 5, 10 and 15 lbs. I use the 15 lbs. on the circuit training portion of the DVD and 10 lbs. on the upper body workout right now.

Mmmm...canned new potatoes are so good!!! I put them in a foil packet with some rosemary, garlic, EVOO and a little butter and throw the packet on the grill. Oh yes!! Now I look in other people's carts and think "What crap!" Most is processed foods, soda, little to no fruits and veggies. Whenever I go shopping, I think "Would Jamie Oliver be proud of what I have in my cart?" and the answers have been "Yes!". In the past, the answer would have been no.

Roasted red pepper hummus, cucumbers and rice cakes. I love hummus and have been eating it everyday for 2+ months now!! Sometimes I eat it with just with veggies, sometimes with some tuna and pita chips and veggies if I need extra protein.

Aloo gobi is good, I just made it last night. It is cauliflower and potatoes in a spice mix (called a "masala") and the spices include turmeric, cumin and corriander along with some ginger. I made mine mild and left out the serrano pepper. Most Indian restaurants will let you pick hot hot the dish is.

That happend to me also. Sometimes I just can't stand meat at all, and can't even go down the shopping aisle to purchase any. I still eat meat, but not nearly as much as before.

I am using the Kettlebell Bombshell DVD and the instructor recommends 15-20 lbs. for women, so your 7.5kg is just over 16 lbs. I had to put some grip tape on my kettlebells because the handles were slippery. Just be sure to hang on and get kids/curious animals out of the way before you start.
