I did W1D2 on Friday, May 13 (on schedule) It felt great!!!!!!!!!! W1D3: May 17 but had to stop 15 mins. in due to a shin splint (I think that is what it is) Never had them before so why now?? Repeat W1D3: May 20 Also, I am using the Nike+ with my iPod and love it!!

I second this idea! Sometimes I make a PB&J using a waffle :wink: What about egg muffins? Scramble some eggs, add your veggies/meats like you are making an omlette, pour into muffin tins and bake. They reheat easily and are great to grab-n-go.

W1, D2 done on Friday!! But, I think I have some sort of tendonitis in my foot, the side by the arch hurts. I could barely walk on Saturday and Sunday. It didn't hurt the first time, but I will let it rest so D2 may not be until Wednesday : (

Cashew Cookie is my fav so far, followed by Pecan Pie. I would like to try the Ginger Snap and Cinnamon Roll, but I can't find a store that carries those flavors.

I expect my bra size to change since when I was at my goal weight in my 20's I was a 34C, right now I am a 36DD. I assume a C cup is what I would be after reaching my goal weight of 130. Have you always been the size you are cup-wise?

W1D2 done last night. I used the Nike+ for my iPod, but I could not listen to the C25K podcast for the cues on when to walk or run, so I just did it on my own. 28 minutes, and it said 16:03 min/mile.

I second roasting veggies. I cut up parsnips (tastes like carrots) and sweet potatoes, toss will olive oil, s&p, roast at 375 for 25-40 mins. I would like to join in. I did W1D1 on Tuesday and will do D2 tonight after work. Any suggestions on a podcast for C25K? I have iPod Nano, 3rd gen so apps are out and the podcast I have is an annoying computerized voice with no music!! I find the silence makes me keep thinking "is it time to walk yet?"
