I felt exactly the same! I booked a series of sessions with a PT at the gym but he stuck to similar exercises and then bailed, because he decided he didn't want to be a PT anymore! That was enough to give me some confidence and now I go and have a read on bodybuilding.com under their muscle groups to get a few more…

I'm up at about 4.40 a.m. weekdays so I can hit the gym early. Weekends it's whenever I wake up, although that is never much past 7.30 a.m.!
