I get up most days at 4am. Sometimes 5am. I have been doing this since childhood. I'm retired and can't sleep late even now. :sad:0

530 am weekdays (except when i forget to set the alarm like today - woke at 7 eeek)
Weekends I don't bother with an alarm, if I'm not up late the night before then i wake up around 7-8 , If I'm up late it just depends on when i got to bed, i generally sleep 7-8 hours and wake up0 -
4:30am to make it to the gym at 5am on the weekdays.. usually 6:30am on the weekends.0

I get up a little before 6 every day of the week because that's when my dog is at the side of the bed whining to go outside. Mon-Fri, I get back into bed until about 6:30. Sat and Sun, I get back into bed until I feel like getting up.0

If it's a training day, 5AM. Otherwise, 6AM. Weekend - whenever (usually 6-7AM).0 -
I wake up at 6:00 M-F, I don't have to be at work until 8:00 but I like to have a leisurely bath and breakfast. It makes me a nicer person ;-)
On weekends I usually wake up on my own at 8-9 AM unless we stayed up crazy-late the night before (which is rare), or if we have big plans for the day (like a road trip somewhere) then I might get up at 6-7 AM and use the alarm clock.0 -

Around like 1 pm >.> i'm a night owl and i love to sleep. I go to bed at 3 am. But i would love to start getting up around 9 am... good luck with that >.<

Got up at at quarter to midday but only cause I went to bed at like, 4 am0

6 to 8 depending on when I go to bed. I live in the tropics and air conditioning is expensive. So I like to get up a little earlier when it's still cool out to workout.0

Around 10am, breakfast, workout, shower, housework, head to work at 2:45.
Get back from work around 10pm, go for a run, dinner, shower, bed around 3am.0 -
I work nights so whenever I can get sleep, never a set schedule on my part.....need to work on that.0

I'm up at about 4.40 a.m. weekdays so I can hit the gym early. Weekends it's whenever I wake up, although that is never much past 7.30 a.m.!0

I work 7 days a week at 3am....I usually wake up around 2:30am. Naps come after my daughter gets on the bus and before my son wakes up...as long as I don't have class that day!0
