I get up at 4:45 Tuesday-Friday. Sat-Sun 8 ish and Monday usually 6:15 and take my daughter to school.0

4:30 during the week. 3:30 if I want to go work out before work. On the weekends I don't set an alarm and I don't have kids, but I still wake up by 5:30b at the latest, even if I was out the night before.0

If I work in the morning it's 7, otherwise I wake up anywhere between 9 and 11.0

in the winter I don't get up until 5:45 because I do my riding, etc during my lunch hour...way too cold in the mornings to bother. In the summer I get up around 4:45 to go ride as it's just too damned hot mid day to ride....that's Monday - Friday. On the weekends I sleep as long as the kids let us which usually isn't too late...generally around 6 - 6:15 or so.0

Lately 6:45-7 during the week, though I try to go back to sleep until at least 8. Weekends my alarm is set for 5 at the latest to be at work at 6.0

5AM to see my husband off to work, then usually back to bed until 8 or 9 when kiddos get up. Sat usually till 8 or 9. Sun till 7ish.0

Work starts at 8:00 AM. So I get up at 8:00 AM and make the 8 second commute to my office (living room couch and coffee table) and have the email inbox open by 8:01 AM0

Anytime between 6 to 9 am. I like getting my workouts in in between 7 to 9 am, but that doesn't always happen. I have school in the morning MWF, and often can't exercise until the evening! I am most motivated in the morning though!0

6:00 during the work-week. On the weekends, no alarm...and I'll usually sleep to anywhere between 6:30 and 8:00. I hate sleeping later than 8:00, I feel like I used up most of the day.0

3 15 m through f 4 15 on the weekend. i have a small little routine i do in the morning to wake up my muscles before i hit the gym for the good stuff.0

6am Mon/Wed/Fri to get some 'me time' and yoga in before the kids get up.

i've suffered with sleep disorders all my life so a normal night for me is
goto bed around 9pm
30mins minimum to get to sleep, wake up 2 hrs later for a drink or a pee
then sleep, toss and turning and waking up every hour or 2 til around 4:30/5am
would love to goto the gym in the morning but ours doesn't open til 6am and i start work at 6am, i go after work 3-4 days a week
on weekends i'm up by 7am at the latest usually 6am, and off to gym with a training buddy at 8:30am.0 -
