    Between 3:45-4am M-F (whenever I wake naturally; alarm is set to 4:15am, but 99% of the time, I wake up on my own before then). Weekends, usually between 6:30-7:30am. (Alarm is set to 7:30 or 8:30am depending on agenda for the day.)

    As a child, I use to be an early bird, getting up before everyone else in the house to work on homework, etc. Through high school and university, I was a complete night owl; the only way I would see the sun rise was if I'd stayed up all night. I worked nights for a while through university and was thus sleeping from about 2pm-10pm. When I got a 9-5 job, I just started gradually getting up earlier and earlier, and now that I'm exercising regularly, I so much prefer working out in the morning when nothing can interfere and it's definitely me time. It's been an interesting progression.

    M-F 4am to get my workout i before the kids get up for school.

    I get up at 4:30 during the week so I can workout before everyone else gets up. I sleep in until 6-7 on the weekends.

    Fluctuates between 6:30 and 8:00 depending on what I'm doing that day.

    I get up at 2:00 am. M-F I work out at the gym at work before I start my work day. Saturday and Sunday I get up about 4 a.m.
    I am an early riser.
    I was pleasantly surprised to see I am not the only one here with this habit.

    5:30 during the week (I work 6:30 to 3:30 and train after work), 7ish on weekends

    Last year if I had a class at 11 am, I'd go to bed at 2.30 am so I could get up at 10.30 am lol.
  • Depends on my workout days! 5:15 if I am to get an hour in before work! Rest days usually half 7 ish ! Days off and rest days! 10 if I'm not busy!

    Up at 7 ... in bed by 11. Have to get the kid off to school by 8:30. Then he goes to bed at 9, and I need some " me" time!

    Wow that is very precise!

    On weekdays I get up at 6.15 (sometimes 'snooze' for 10 mins...) and do 40-50 mins of pilates before getting ready for work. On the weekends I sleep as long as is humanly possible!! I love my sleep - but it's funny, the waking up at 6.15 to work out thing is quite new for me and I have never been able to stick to it before. Now I have to confess I actually really like being up and about early, and it is definitely better for my mind if I earn my extra calories early in the day!

    ETA: I'm really surprised by the number of people getting up at 5 or 4 in the morning! I thought getting up at 6.15 was early enough, yikes!

    4:30 am M-F to exercise before getting the kids up for school, S&S usually between 5:30-6:30 am. I try to get my workout in on the weekends before the kids wake up but it doesn't always happen because snuggling my babies > exercise.

    4:45am-5:00am Monday thru Friday and between 9-12 on the weekends

    I got lucky with a child who enjoys sleeping in and a mom who bought me black out curtains for a house warming gift!

    04:00am Monday - Saturday, and if I am lucky, I can "sleep in" until around 5:30am on Sundays.

    My husband leaves for PT around five, and I'm up by six. Gotta squeeze in that hour of quiet before kiddo wakes up at seven.

    m-f the first alarm goes off at 7, then again at 7:30. i'm SUPPOSED to get up at 7 and get a few things done, then 7:30 i go wake up my daughter to get her ready for school, but i usually ht the snooze at 7 and get up with her at 7:30.

    weekends, the little one usually gets up up by 8.

    left to my own devices i'll sleep till 9 or 10. LOL

    i go to bed about midnight, so i can see hubby, who is just getting home from work then.
