wow rude... Well it depends on who you talk to really. but in my opinion yes eat them back. your body needs that extra food to convert into fuel. And, many will tell you that you can actually gain weight by not eating the recommended calories....Good luck!!! :-)

for me it depends on the workout.. on cardio days I have less of an appetite but on days that I lift weights or do any strength training I am super hungry...which sucks cause i don't burn enough calories with just strength training to feed my hunger LOL

All my produce comes from Fred Meyer.. it is always fresh and delicious... when I use to buy from walmart I swear it would go bad within 3 days :-/

trust me there is always time to workout.. even with kids. I have 2 of my own and run an in-home daycare... when they nap forget the dishes and workout!!! even if its only 20 min.. You can always strap the baby to you and do the dishes later.. thats what I did when my daughter was a baby. Just remember dishes, laundry,…

agreed.. I did the same thing bought the cheaper watch and regretted it.. took it back the same week and spent the extra money for a sportline dual HRM, it can be worn with or without the strap.. I always use my strap, but it is nice to have the option.

I think you are right.. it is just that, a quick fix But, it is also a short time fix. To be healthy you need to modify your life style by eating healthy and exercising on a daily basis. Don't be jealous of those who lose weight to these drugs.. in the long run you will be better off and healthier and they will be jealous…

YES!!! I love to buy new workout clothes.. well I like to buy anything workout related :-) I get very excited over new dumbbells and I am pretty close to need to increase my weights :-) so I will be making a trip to the sporting goods store here in the next month or so :-)

I have a 26oz water bottle In the Am I drink half then the other with lunch. Then I refill it I drink half before my afternoon snack and then I finish it off with dinner. Then I refill it and usually chug it while getting ready for bed.

be careful with the salad they over do it on the dressing so its more calories then you would think.. so if I were you I would ask for lite dressing and get it on the side :-)

I want to be tight and have pretty noticeable muscle definition. As long as I keep my juicy booty (as my hubby would so put it) I'm fine.. but my booty must be lifted and and jiggle free.... within reason :-)

try sun crystals.. its 5 calories in each packet... and then just use non fat milk. Its not the the same those yummy creamers but your taste buds will surely adjust with time :-) Good luck! I too was addicted to coffee and have recently cut it from my diet completely.. its been 2 months 3 days since my last cup :-)
