get one with a strap that has the option to be used without a strap. Thats what I have and I wouldn't get a different one for anything.just remember that you get what you pay for... so those few extra bucks will make all the difference.

I t eat really bad while drinking.. cookies, chips, candy... anything sugary and salty!! its bad... but when i am hungover i usually make up for it because i can never eat anything but fresh fruit and drink recovery Gatorade.

I don't know what your personal trainer is talking about.. there are many resistance exercises that can help to tone up the back of the arms. resistance bands are great for this as are dumbbells. just google it you will find tons of ideas :-) good luck!!!
