Same here, I start craving random things after dinner before bed. I literally have to lay myself down in order to not raid the fridge or pantry

It is amazing, when I think back to how I use to eat, there is not question why I started packing on the pounds. The amount of calories i took in coupled with a sedentary lifestyle I should be pushing 300 lbs easy!

I relize this is an old post but how were your results did you stick with it???
-
I log sometimes two or three days in advance. And like you said, adjust if there are any changes. Planning is key, I dont see any downside to it.

Go to "Search" and look thru replys on this topic. I seen this issue many times on the forums. And most times the suggestion is to up your calories. I did that and it worked for me. Do some research TDEE, BMR, etc. etc. and see what your find. A helpful post is "in place of a road map" search that a lot of good info there..

Your best bet for keeping metabolism revved: Build muscles, snack on high-protein foods , and keep moving! And, it has been said eating spicy foods (peppers etc.) boost the metabolism, but thats only short lived.
-
I second this, same thing happened to me. Just get yourself together before you go further down an unhealthy path.
-
So basically doing everything completely opposite of before. Thanks for the info!
-
Knowing that I will have to monitor this and incorporate theses changes "forever" is whats most daunting. But its for the best.
