I know a lot of MFPers dont like these but a Vitatop (Banana Muffin and Chocolate are my faves) and Glass of Milk gets me going :)

I love "Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken Breast" I use that with everything wraps, w/ vegetables, salad. Those are really yummy and only 110 calories!!

Copying and Pasting to your notes sounds like a good idea.I'm going to try that , it might not be spot on but at least I can use it for motivation. Thank you all for the responses! :)

I'm pretty much back to "normal size portions" I dont think I'll ever be able to go to a buffet and go crazy (nor do I want to) like I use to.After the first year and half youll slowly to start to increase your intake.

I had gastric bypass surgery July 2, 2008 at my highest I was hovering around 300lbs I got down to around 155 after the first year. I slowly went up to 175.I've since started MFP and now I am back down to 160lbs and trying to get to my all time goal of 140lbs. If you have any questions concerning the surgery feel free to…

I guess if your only looking at Calories..But I'm sure if your consuming all that, that your Carbs, Sodium, and Fat Grams will be well over what you should be consuming. And if thats the case your loading your body with a whole lots of unnecessary "bad things" that can be avoided with healthier choices.

Rice cakes have always been a staple for me, my new found love is the Quaker oats caramel drizzle. I was recently introduced to vitatops those are really good a bit exspensive but are good for a quick breakfast or mid-afternoon snack. Other than than fruit fruit fruit.
