Snack exchange

I am looking for ideas for new, healthy snacks. I thought as part of asking for some of your favorites, I would share some of mine:

Grits boiled with an egg (or 2 depending on your calorie goals) gives a thicker texture - can season with cinnamon or hot sauce, or any other number of seasonings. If made with hot sauce - can add peppers, mushrooms, spinach, etc.
(you can do the same thing with oatmeal to make a custard like mixture) this works best on the stove top than in the microwave.

Sliced sweet potatoes, grilled, with cinnamon for a sweet treat.

Fruit blended and frozen and placed in half cup containers (if a banana is used, it gets an ice-cream like texture to it)

salad with flavored vinegars (they add a lot of flavor for little to no calories)

What do you like?

Rice cakes have always been a staple for me, my new found love is the Quaker oats caramel drizzle. I was recently introduced to vitatops those are really good a bit exspensive but are good for a quick breakfast or mid-afternoon snack. Other than than fruit fruit fruit.
