along with protein, try some heavy carbs for breakfast, and decrease throughout the day, should give you a boost of energy, which will slowly decrease as the day goes on. Cant go wrong with some oats in the morning.

Cannot agree with Fsunami enough! Stick at it, and the way you felt when you saw the photographs, use that as motivation. Don't seek out perfection, just seek for progress. Again, this is a lifestyle change, not a strict diet. Good luck and feel free to add me for any support! :D

After eating so few calories for such a long time, you might need to reset your metabolism, as your body is so used to functioning at such a level. Try looking into it, see how it works out for you. Or sometimes, when I hit a plateau, I go crazy at an all you can eat, mcdonalds, burger king, the works for a full week…
