Changing from counting calories to keto
Ok, so as I've been losing weight, I've been dropping my calories, but with only a few left to lose, how would I change to keto? Still dropping cals or just dropping carbs and upping fats, or both? Seriously confused

Stopped losing weight??
Ok guys, so I started losing weight after dropping my calories to 1800, then about 3 weeks ago it stopped completely. So I carried on, thinking it was just a one off, but I weighed myself last week, and the scale or tape measure still hasn't moved. So, i dropped my cals down to 1600, and STILL no results... Protein question?
Slightly confused here. With regards to protein intake for muscle building, is it 1 gram per overrall bodyweight, or 1 gram per lean bodyweight? Some people say to take 1 gram per pound of overrall weight, others say take 1 gram per pound of lean bodyweight.. Any thoughts or suggestions?
