I have had a bad few weeks and I haven't even gotten on the scale this week. i am on vacation for my dad's memorial so needless to say, i have been eating and drinking. i return on sunday evening so monday begins a new week and a new routine. i will keep you posted. i have not given up. i am still working towards my goal…

This is my second time on mfp. The first time I did great, unfortunately I got too confident and thought I could do it on my own. Now I am back. I was at 204 and currently I am at 178. I believe that this is a great tool for holding myself accountable. I am 32 and have 2 kids. Feel free to add me.

The fact that you are still on here says a lot for your determination and strength. I know that it can be very discouraging not seeing that scale move or to only see it move in the wrong direction.
