not gonna lie, i modified the modified... on my knees but feet tucked under the couch- odd i know but push ups on hard wood floors= a whole lot of sliding. i do a proper modified when i get a yoga mat. all that said my arms and chest are burning so apparently im still working something! OY! nonetheless, day one- check!

downloaded the app. Day 1: daily set 7, 7, 8, 8, 7, total- 37.........may be the end of me!

more than expected... 20 (modified) pushups...with my (quarterback sized) 7 year old nephew offering to add some 'extra weight' to my back if i wanted- i graciously declined amidst 'slightly' deeper than normal breathing and laughing :wink:

ive got a lovely 21 days to 30 and my goal is 30 by 30! ive only got 6 lbs left to get there.....maybe 40 by 30? :) that'd be great! good luck everyone!

scale decided to surprise me this weekend with two days showing lower numbers! now im down 22.6lbs and at least 31 inches overall since the second week of april! my newest mini goal is '30 by 30' making the deadline july 21. i know i can knock off those 7.4lbs by then :) i realized that i had been going at this not really…

me too! im down 20-22 (depending on the day it seems) but refuse to give up and with so many stories of success i smile and know i can do it too!
