5'5 Heaviest: 140ish.... I think I was more than this in high school at some point, but I was not athletic/toned at all then Now: 140ish Lowest: 105 (2010) Goal: 120 - 125 I had kept my weight at 125ish for a while and was happy there.

I'd have to say, in my opinion, speed is a secondary issue for a recreational runner such as myself. I run 9 or 10 minute miles and have worked on my distance and my endurance more than my speed.
