Why can't people just keep comments to themselves? I like vega nutritional shakes. They are vegan, gluten free, sugar free and taste OK. Make sure you get the nutritional shake versus proteins and greens though because that is only meNr to be added to smoothies and isn't complete meal replacement.

I am eating arounf 800-1000 calories a day because I am trying to keep it low fat and low carb. Its super frustrating.

Hmm....I am eating ALOT of protein. Like sometimes a 100 a day....I don't want to eat strachy carbs! I am not going to add back pasta, bread or rice, I don't like beans or potatoes. I guess my numbers all mixed up, but I don't know how to fix them.

I TOTALLY understand what you mean, thanks for you advice! The way you eat is basically what I am striving towards- more whole foods, less processed white stuff (sugar/starch). Would love to add you as a friend and check out your diary!

Its really hard for me to get out of the 'low carb' mindset as it relates to weight loss. Carbs and dieting, have never gone together for me.
