I don't think anyone's ever "Ready" for Insanity. I'm on week two of month two, and the words "are you kidding me!?" still come out of my mouth daily! But it is awesome and I absolutely love it! I say go for it!

I bought mine on ebay and absolutely love it! It was new in the box with everything included. I am on the first week of Phase 2 and trust me, it will definitely kick your butt! But make sure you push through and don't get discouraged if you can't do all the exercises! You will be surprised at what you are capable of doing…

I am right there with you. I have been doing Insanity for 5 1/2 weeks and been on a strict diet...I upped my calories to 1600 and still nothing...I increased my protein and fiber and lowered my carbs, and nothing. I even had my thyroid checked...nothing. I completely understand your frustration but I keep telling myself…

I'm having this problem too! The same with Sodium. My calories are set at 1600 and for me to eat back my workout calories, that puts me at 2500... And I have a lot of trouble staying under in Fat and Sodium

I have had a real problem with this too. I don't eat a lot of meat (not vegetarian though) and I, too, LOVE fruits and veggies. I went for two lettuce wraps with low-sodium ham, havarti cheese, avocado, and spicy mustard! And a greek yogurt! It was delicious and very filling! I'm trying very hard to up my protein levels!

I'm in the same boat...I am just finishing up week 4, and no weight loss or inches. Hopefully next month will bring on the weight loss!

@rsrobbins...no, unfortunately, I had some problems after the birth and wasn't able to nurse. I was really hoping to so that it could help me jump start the weight loss.

Hey ladies...still hovering at 183...I don't know why this weight isn't coming off. Hopefully soon though!. This is my last week of the first month of Insanity! Hopefully, I will have some results by the time I'm all done!

Thanks for all the suggestions! I think I'm gonna try the low sodium can of tuna and avacado! That sounds delicious! And maybe I'll grab some veggies to snack on with it! I'm already over on sugar and sodium, so anything I can do to help not make it worse the better! And its time to get extra water down today! Thanks again!

This is from eating my exercise calories. I the only change really has been from when I started using my HRM to track my caloires burned. I realized that I was burning more than I thought and as a result, eating less than 1200 calories a day!. So now I have it set at 1400, so I can try to always eat over 1200.
