MY FIRST NSV!!!
Any of you who are friends with me know that I've been a little frustrated. I've been working out very hard and watching everything I eat with out much success. But today, I tried on a dress I bought about 1 month ago and IT WAS TOO BIG!!! I've been measuring inches, but apparently not doing it correctly! Because this…

Ugh...really!?
I think I just really need to vent again today...And perhaps its just that this day has not started out so well, but I'm really beginning to wonder if its all worth it. I'm on my last week of the first month of Insanity and have been borderline obsessive about logging everything that goes into my mouth. And I woke up this…

Help, need a quick low sugar, low sodium lunch!
I didn't bring my lunch today and need to run out to get something. But after loading in my meal tonight for dinner, my choice for lunch puts me WAY over on sugar and sodium. Anyone have a quick low sugar, low sodium lunch idea? I do have access to a grocery store if needed, but only a microwave and toaster oven to cook…

If anyone can offer some advice, I'd appreciate it.
I have made my diary public (this weekend was rough, but please look past that). I have been working out hard for almost three weeks and haven't lost a pound or an inch. I work out 6-7 days a week and keep track of 99% of things that goes into my mouth. I'm getting a little discouraged and really could use some advice.

Could use a little support, and need to vent.
I have been doing Insanity for a week now and sticking to a 1200 calorie a day diet. Now, I am fully aware that pounds will not just magically fall off, but I was a little disappointed this morning when I weighed in to see that I hadn't even lost a pound! I am a big time foodie, so sticking to this diet is the hardest part…

Does anyone know where to find nutritional info for TGI Frid
I am trying to find the info on the Mediterranean Tapa-Tizers Skewers (app portion). The menu says they are under 750, but I want to check. Any ideas

Questions about heartrate and best zone to work out in
I recently started using a HRM and am obsessed! I figured out my target heart rate (60%-80% of my max) which is 113-150. I've been doing the Insanity series and I think my average heart rate (at least for this morning's workout) is 133, but there are spurts where I'm sitting around 155-160. Actually, I think the average is…

Recently started Insanity AGAIN!
I have tried the Insanity program a couple times but gave up pretty quickly. Today, I finished Day 3! And I am determined to stick with it. I would love to hear from others that have used this program. I could use all the support and motivation I can get! I'm hurting pretty bad today, but am going to keep trucking!
