Questions about heartrate and best zone to work out in

I recently started using a HRM and am obsessed! I figured out my target heart rate (60%-80% of my max) which is 113-150. I've been doing the Insanity series and I think my average heart rate (at least for this morning's workout) is 133, but there are spurts where I'm sitting around 155-160. Actually, I think the average is lower because each video sets up like this...warm-up, stretch, workout, stretch. So obviously, 2 of the 4 parts, my heart rate is sitting around 115-120, but is still closer to 155 during the workout and warmup.

Now here's my question. What heart rate should I be targeting during the warm-up (its more demanding than any other warm-up I've ever done, almost as hard as the workout!) and workout to burn the most calories? Any advice is welcome as I am very new to using my heartrate to maximize my calorie burn.

The Mayo Clinic has a nice heartrate calculator on their website: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/target-heart-rate/SM00083

They say... "For vigorous exercise, aim for a target heart rate of 70 to 85 percent of your maximum heart rate (MHR). Your MHR (roughly calculated as 220 minus your age) is the upper limit of what your cardiovascular system can handle during physical activity."

It depends on what your goals are.

Some reads on Lower Heart Rates along the lines of 180 minus your age
