Well, I'm gonna join everyody on that. It's a sad news. I wish you the best going through that. Yesterday, I went way over my calories and today I felt better... I guess my body needed fuel. I went for a run and I was way faster than usual! I find it hard at this point to figure out how much to eat, I want to keep losing a…

As for me, well, my weight stayed the same. I'm at a point where I have less than 10 lbs to lose, I'm not even sure how much more I want to lose so, I'm not that…

Here it is! I'm not worry about you Rose! You'll get it done! :) It helped me to go on the spread sheet under the "TEAM 1 AMAZING RACE" tab, it help breaking things down. Yesterday, I made myself some greek-yogurt-smoothie-popsicles-refine-sugar-free, so I'm gonna have a little "greek" treat for the week!

Hey! Olena and Leanne, you MUST do the Roadblock 1 dance. The song is in french! Tu m'as poussée à bout Est-ce que tu t'en souviens? J'ai compris après coup Qu'avait sonné la fin Regarde-moi J'ai appris mon rôle Dis-moi pourquoi Tout à coup je perds le contrôle Et je brûle dès que tu me frôles D'un regard tu me…

I totally agree with you Leanne! I too love all the chalenges and most of them are easy points. I also do over 40 minutes exercises most days but I usually take one or two rest days. I'm glad my "summary" was helpful to some of you, writing it down helped me to figure it out better. I'm happy this all starts tomorrow !…

Ok, so I'm trying to recap. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Let say I would like to make all the points possible for this week I would have to: 1-Do the dance Roadblock 1 = 10 pts 2-Eat someting greek at least 5 days = 10 pts (2pts for each days I eat someting greek) 3-Avoid eating white sugars, white breads and white…

Ok, I'm gonna need your help guys because I just saw the post for the week one challenge and I'm super confused. Right now, I'm off to the gym but I will come back later to ask for clarifications.

Love this challenge since my arms are my "trouble" zone. The second one "30-day Dumbbell Challenge" is a little small for me to see in your post so here is a bigger version:
-
Mar 1st: 45 minutes running (7km), 10 minutes yoga, 15 minutes walking, 25 minutes strength Mar 2nd: Rest Mar 3rd: 30 minutes running (4.5km), 60 minutes strength, 30 minutes walking, 20 minutes calisthenics Mar 4th: 45 minutes walking Total - 280 / 1200 mins Remaining - 920 mins Running = 11.5km
-
I'm 37, I lost about 40 lbs. My skin don't have the best elasticity... So I look older, neck and face. I also used to have a baby face. Yet, when I see myself in a picture now and I'm thinking "Wow, I'm not fat anymore!", I guess I rather look a bit older now than going back to where I was.

It's such fun to hear from everybody! I'm super pumped up with this challenge! :D I've done challenges before but never was part of a team. I think this is a wonderful way to keep you accountable! Can't wait for that race to start ! Tu peux pratiquer avec moi si tu veux! Le français est ma langue maternelle. :)

Hi Leanne, Lucinda, Lesley ! And everybody in this team ! I'm happy to meet my new teammates ! My name is Isabelle, I'm 37 yo. My first language is french, so, I'm warning you, I make a lot of spelling mistakes and syntax errors in english. ;) (But you'll see, it can be quite charming. ) I have lost a total of…

My name is mispelled but I take all the blame since I have made it so confusing. It LOOKS like isabelle but the I is a lowercase L and the L are capitals i. To make the task easier I suggest you just copy/paste it, there it is how I spelled it: lsabeIIe Sorry about that! That said, THANKS A LOT mallowbar for all this work.…
