Today is a great day for me. I was looking for it and finally (drum roll.......) I reached a normal BMI !! I have been in the "overweight range" probably since I was 18 yo. It's been several weeks I'm feeling different in my own skin. It seems unreal to say "I'm not overweight anymore". I'm proud ! :)

Logging bacon
Hi, I want to improve my logging accuracy and consistency. I read that it's better to log meat raw. My bacon package says that it's 230 cals for 54g (2 slices). But I can't believe that once the bacon is cooked I'm still consuming 230 cals ? Or am I ? I was wondering how do you log bacon? What entry do you use? Thanks,
