I'm also on BR, just day 3 today :-) I'm not doing the kickstart your metabolism this week. Try to stick to my goal - 30 minutes exercise a day, and hopefully I can stick to it!

I sort of doing the same, trying to exercise 30 minutes a day, but only 6 days a week. I have been doing this for almost 4 weeks.

I did her 30 day shred couple years ago for one month. I didn't lose much weight, but it toned my body, and I felt good. For some reason I stopped (execuses got in the way :-p).
