Aside from drinking a glass of water, I'll also chew gum. I think it's got something to do with the mouth hunger, rather than the stomach hunger (which is when you are actually hungry.) Mouth hunger is simply when my mouth feels hungry, but my stomach doesn't agree. Chewing gum helps a lot!
