Love this daily check in! I am someone who weights daily because it helps keep me on track and for me to understand what foods affect fluctuations (which I never care if the weight goes up because I usually know the cause by now). It has been great motivation for me and for helping see how food works with by body :)

I haven't really scored how much my groceries are (buying for soon to be husband is expensive!) but for myself, I go to Aldi's and Kroger for my fruit, veggies, and meat. I buy whatever fruit/veggies are on sale at which ever place and center my meals around that!

Hi! I also have PCOS and started Keto today with some co-workers. I have gained so much weight and heard the same thing about Keto. I'm trying it out to see if it works. I went vegetarian once and I lost a lot of weight. I'll decide in about y months if I want to stop Keto and go back to that (I also live fruit!).
