Tamale pie, goulash, hamburger soup, sliders.

Breakfast turkey sausage, banana and cofee. I also like healthy oatmeal cookie and coffee.

Avacado highest. Sweet potato. Bananas.

Goulash. Saute ground beef. A can of tomato sauce little , can of diced tomatoes, 1/2 can of water stir. Add cup of small elbow macroni and simmer to reduce brith. Add can mushrooms, 1 or 2 cans green beans drained and some frozen kernel corn. Mix all together. Simmer until broth isn't soupy. Red chili pepper for flavor.…

Yup. I like sweets, mainly pastries. I do not deprive myself from eating them. I eat less of it or try to pick healthier alternatives. I've learned to bake using healthier choices of ingredients. And wiser choices. For example instead of a snickers bar, I will eat only a mini snickers. Fruit helps too. A banana dip in…

Oh boy. I feel your pain. I too have taken predisone off and on for my chronic asthma and always gain weight. It takes time for the moon face to go away and the bloat. I am not giving up though. I am determined to lose this weight. I read lots of inspiring blogs from those losing weigh to help me stay positive. Good luck.…

Nope. You eat fruit. 2 servings a day. You have healthy fat too. Lots of veggies. Nuts. P lean protein.
