    Seems like another highly-restrictive diet plan. The low-fat portion bothers me, too. Fat is good for you - especially monounsaturateds. So is the fruit he wants people to cut.

    Fish fingers and custard on the other hand - there's a plan I could follow. (Provided, you know, I could eat them separately.)

    Op if you had more information on what the diet entails, I think youll find some more support here on the forums :)

    Nope. You eat fruit. 2 servings a day. You have healthy fat too. Lots of veggies. Nuts. P lean protein.

    I was going off the reviews for the book. I have not read it myself. If they don't limit fat or carbs, that's good - but it's still an "as-seen-on-TV" diet, so I'm still going to be looking at this with a critical eye.
