Exercising and anger problems

I love exercising, I really do. Any form of it, any way to get sweaty. But I've dealt with anger issues my entire life, and recently I've found that if anything - I repeat, anything - goes wrong during my work out, I go crazy mad. Like, I time my bike rides with my phone. It's the only stopwatch I have/can afford. And if I get a text during my bike ride, the timer stops, and by the time it's over, I have no idea how long I've been going* One time I got so mad after a bike ride, I kicked over a chair and accidentally gave myself a nasty bruise. Obviously these crazy moods swings are NOT okay, and I want to know if anyone out there has the same issues? Like, maybe working out increases the 'inner beast' of anger, or something like that? I'm just confused, and I want all this to stop. I can't keep breaking chairs!

*I do realize this would be solved just by purchasing a stopwatch, but I can't.

Anyway, all answers are appreciated!
P.S. - I'm not crazy!!

I'm actually quite the opposite. I feel that working out when I'm angry or stressed or even sad helps me so much emotionally. Helps me calm down. But I would suggest putting your phone in airplane mode when you're using your phone as a stop watch when you work out. That way no one can text, call you, or get updates on your phone

If I'm doing cardio or circuit training, I'm good because it relaxes me once I'm done. If I'm doing heavy heavy lifting, its best not to approach me or get in my way because I have to be so amped up, angry and focused to lift heavy that I would tend to explode on someone, but once I'm done I'm spent and I have released all my pent up anger and frustrations.
