I actually found a powdered cream with NO TRANS FAT. Most say 0, but they have small amounts, and hydrogenated is just evil sounding. It's so bad for you. This is weird I know but for me, I lost inches fast, then the weight is slower. Someone told me to limit sodium. They said maybe my body is slowly 'absorbing the excess skin'. I dunno, but you're doing great. Keep it up. :)

Good in yogurt too. For a healthy snack add it to mashed bananas and nuts (google protein cookies). It can add a nutty flavor to your chicken dishes too, in place of cashews or peanuts. As always, experiment and have fun!
