I'm trying to keep 500 left so I can try to lose 2lbs a week. I'm not really worried yet, was just curious to see other peoples experiences with weighing daily.

I see a dietitian once a month and she told me to eat anywhere from 1600-1900 when I exercise and 1700 when I don't and to not worry about my exercising calories I burn, to not even count them. But then when I read things other people say or do it makes me wonder if I'm wrong and everyone else has a secret that I'm missing.

It's just confusing though because if MFP isn't correct, then I don't really know how much I'm burning..so I definitely wouldn't want to eat back 40% calories because then I could end up over eating. Maybe I should just exercise less?

I work out in the mornings, about 9am. MFP puts me at 500 calorie deficit at 1670 calories a day. So then when I work out, it puts me even lower..but I thought that could just work towards 2lb weight loss a week? I don't go by what the Treadmill says, it says I burn about 300 more than what MFP says.

Oh I think I didn't do the 2 boxes and did 2 servings and I only did 1lb meat since that's all I would add to it. So even if I did go by the box...the only thing that would happen would be that I would be eating less calories than it says!

Well prepared it says 290 per cup and then when I did it on my own and added the 2 packages unprepared, plus 2 cups of milk and the 1lb of meat and made it for 6 servings..it came to 132 per cup..so how is that possible?

I log EVERYTHING..except butter spray which is the only thing I use to cook. No oils or butter or anything. When I log a tablespoon of salad dressing, I'm using a tablespoon to measure it out, a cup of mashed potatos or veggies, I use a cup.

I never even ate breakfast up until 3 weeks ago. So I think I am doing good. My nutritionist told me to eat that for breakfast.
