Hi there - I don't weigh myself. I take measurements daily. I try on something that doesn't fit. When i can fit it i will weigh. Hope this helps. When i was obsessed with the scale i did it every friday morning.

If i were you i would consider cutting out bread and go very lightly on pasta.(1/3c ) only. Is it worth it. When ever i eat a lot of starch carbs i gain weight. There is no other answer. There are so many other things to eat. I found that when i am counting carbs i have moreo a chance of losing. I am doing much better now…
