Day-3 was the same as Day-2, pretty much, minus some pains. Apparently, I cleared my sludge, hence, I ended the fast on day-3. I feel better. Less swelling and such.

They did that with my first one and that's how they know it was caused by excess soda consumption. A lot of caramelization going on in the sample.

Well, I've already passed a super-small one that broke apart. I really just want to make sure they are flushing out (or what remains of them). I was never prone to them, but got them from sucking down sodas and not enough water. But heads up--oxalate greens like and watercress, parsley, spinach, arugula, and kale are kidney stone-causers much faster! :open_mouth: Who'd a thunk it!

Just rinse and smoothie the whole thing raw. Bam--done with your daily greens requirement, and it's non-goitrogenic and no oxalates.

You know, those can be smoothied up and they actually taste okay with nothing but straight water! With salt, it's even better.

Sept. 17th, 2004, 3:34am; that was the date of my kidney stone. Got up in the night and wife drove me to the hospital. Got the stone from drinking those 3 64oz Dr Peppers per day. Took 4 days to pass the stone, if I recall. So yeah, I have had them. Male childbirth!!!!

You'll probably hit about 22% to 20%. I am around 20%. Be careful with the body fat % business. I think most people claiming it are lying. You'd have to be so unreasonably skinny that you'd need to be hospitalized. Unless you are a kid with no fat cells accumulated, you can't really get back to a super-low bf%. Or you…

Right. For those (like me) who don't do salads, you can just take a nutribullet and smoothie arugula with nothing but water and you are done with getting your dark leafy green requirements. Just tastes like chlorophyl. Not bad after the third or fourth time. Actually tasty. But don't do it too often because of the oxalate…
