As you lose (esepcially the more you lose), your body is getting rid of all sorts of stuff. Can make you feel bad sometimes, but it's all part of the process.

I'm sitting here checking this tea with my own green tea!

Hi, welcome! Yeah, that's the problem with these feeding windows people often do. It's easy for a lot of us to get them lipping full! Sit down, eat, and be done with it! -Joe

Depends on my activities for that month. Generally, between 6 and 11 lbs.

Well, if you are breastfeeding, you need to make double-sure you are getting optimal calories and nutrients. You don't want to be at a deficit for the sake of the milk you will make. Lots of research on this has been done. OMAD can be done, but make sure you aren't coming up short. And if you can't squeeze in your…

This is so open. I love it when people can bring out potential causes of overeating (i.e. abuse and whatnot). It is actually healing.

Well, I love it. And what's more, you made good on what you had around. And THAT is pragmatic thinking!

Hi! Another way to get nutrients is to smoothie-up a couple of zucchinis or squash. And...bam! You are done! You can also have that as a beverage. But remember, stability above all Eat what you want. You will get your nutrients. And remember that less exercise is to be preferred for faster weight loss because the body is…

First, thanks for the compliment. :-) Second, you know the difference and adjusted accordingly = success is yours! Third, I'm trying to like the hair. I'll enjoy the carefree-ness of it through the summer at least.
